In a day and age when EVERYONE hides behind email and voicemail, Fine Linens is beyond responsive... late at night, early in the morning anytime I contacted them... I have bought more than the average and I will continue to spend more just because I know they are so good... I never review a company, this one is for real... A million thanks to them for the great service over and over and over.....

I have had a pleasant experience with a few stumbling blocks. My order was a bit bungled, with one wrong item shipped. The company made good on correcting the error. I was so pleased that I ordered a few more items, which get bungled again. With a few follow up emails the situation has been corrected, very quickly. I love my new towels and, overall, am pleased. Just a bit challenging. I can see how some people would not be happy, though.
