I received an immediate response to my order that the items were out of stock and they asked if I wanted to keep on order. They accidentally charged my account and agaIn responded and wanted to know if I wanted to credit my account or keep on charge until items arrived. The items arrived prior to the date that was expected. Very good to do business with and I will order again from this company

Fine linens has the best selection of sheets I have seen anywhere, and with excellent prices. I very much like the fact that they give you the exact dimensions of sheets and blankets as these are in no way standard across the brands. Highly recommended.

I love the towels but, was very disappointed the medaille color was discontinued. I have been looking for a towel in that color.

You have to use Fine Linens. David is extremely nice and prices are great. They send out right away and no problem with them. I use them all the time now.

Update: I spoke David Hirsch over the telephone and he apologized for my experience. Apparently he did not receive my picture as an attachment in his email. He also explains that it is impossible to match other company monograms. He acknowledge that the long lead times should be better disclosed during the ordering process, and he will update his website to reflect this. He refunded the $35 shipping fee and will provide me with 20% discount on $150 that I paid for the bath rug. Thank you! Original Review: I feel ripped off. I placed my order for a Marlowe Bath Rug by Matouk on August 9th, 2014. I even paid $35 for 2nd day shipping. The item shipped on October 1st, 2014. No where on the web site nor my email receipt did it say that it would take this long. Moreover the quality of this item isn't worth $150. The order process was very straight forward, but I received several emails form David Hirsch inquiring about how the monogram letters should look, even though the website has very clear pictures of the monogram style. I replied with the picture of the same monogram style that I had ordered from Pottery Barn. What I received generally looks similar, but it doesn't match my towels which was the goal. So, I guess my picture was ignored. Bottom line I will never order from this store again and buyer should be wear.
