There is nothing more frustrating than a company that packages their linens like it was nuclear ingredients! Nine tiny little plastic tabs that attach everything together, and you almost have to cut the damn fabric to get them out!!!!

I think Fine Linens is a fine website. I have some concern over the quality of the Duet sheets by Peacock Alley. I have been buying these sheets for years. They used to be a heavier, sateen finish that washed and dried with hardly a wrinkle. The quality and construction of the sheets has changed and they are not as smooth and come out of the drying looking all wrinkled, particularly the top sheet, which seems like it is made differently from the fitted sheet. I am not sure I will be buying these sheets again.

This definatly was not as thick and soft as my other towels I have ordered in the past. I could buy 10 costco towels for the same price and they feel about the same. What happened? My past orders were amazing...

I bought this blanket 20 years ago and it was such a great bed covering I wanted to buy the same brand for my larger bed. But it seems like the quality is not the same. After one wash and dry it has shrunk so much I'm afraid if I dry it again it wil be too small for the bed. And it is shedding like a rug. Paid $200 and wondered if I would have done better with the oversized King or maybe even a lower priced blanket from Bed Bath & Beyond?

Would be nice to know what is instep when ordering and how long the delay will be. Thanks

NOTHING TO SAY AS YET... SURPRISING THAT MY ORDER HAS NOT SHOWN UP...

The linens are lovely but they were very expensive and I was sad to see that a button was missing from the duvet cover. Not enough of a problem to return the item but for the price I expected perfection.
