Fine LinensReviews of finelinens.com

This is the only site I look at when I need fine linens. I bought 2 sets of the homesource bamboo sheets.......they are like nothing I have ever experienced before. They feel like silk but with none of the overheating you can get with silk. They breathe in the summer but stay warm in the winter....not quite sure how they do that, but they do. I love the selection at fine linens. They are the premier of bed linens, and I have been trusting them with my business for many years now

This is the third transaction with this company and they are consistently good. Fast service, and great products. Abyss Super Pile towels are the BEST. No fading even after years of washing and drying.

I found a chandelier on the Fine Linens website that I loved, except I wasn't sure about the hanging wooden tassels. David Hirsh took the time to remove the tassels from the chandelier and snap a photo to send me. Not many people would go to the trouble to do this for a customer they have never met or done business with before. I ended up buying the chandelier. Fine Linens has one more very satisfied customer and one who will continue shopping at their store. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Bought bath towels, guest towels and washcloths. One of the very few sets of towels and washcloths that upon washing look exactly like the advertisements. Dry well, etc. etc. Excellent product where some color is desired.

I appreciate the quality of the sheet. I am still waiting for pillowcases to be delivered. Don't understand why they were not mailed together. Expected delivery sooner or at least notification of date to expect delivery.

I ordered products for one of our bathrooms from the Mike & Ally line. Mary from Fine Linens called to say that the color glass I had requested had been discontinued, but told me she would call the company to see if they had enough of the amber colored glass left to complete my order. I also needed delivery in a shorter time frame than is normal when ordering from this vendor. Mary kept on top of my order, calling me frequently with status updates and has gone far and away above any expectations I had when I placed this order online. Not only was I able to get the amber colored glass for the products I ordered, but they were delivered 2 weeks earlier than I needed to receive them. Mary is amazing to work with. Fine Linens does really care what their customers want and go that extra mile to get it done. I will definitely be doing business with them again and highly recommend checking out this company. They have amazing products and they really do care and deserve your business. It is refreshing to know that a company like this still exists, where a customer's needs and desires come first. Thank you.

Great product and great service.

I am impressed with both the quality of the products and quality of the service offered by Fine Linens.
