The fact that I can be myself with no judgment and express my feeling is very helpful and liberating. Theres always a coping mechanism offered or a technic to help with areas of concern as well. I always feel free after a session and have a plan for the week to come.

I reached out for services almost immediately after a crisis and they were so quick to find me a provider and get sessions started. I have been working with my therapist for almost a year now and the services are so consistent and assessable and professional. My therapist is excellent and helping me through my issues. He is always on time always listens and hears me and gives me strategies and tools to help me. He gives me things to work on through the week which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend my therapist and octave.
