I really like my therapist, Leigh. She's very attentive and understanding. She looks at the "why" of things and gives good advice. I don't particularly enjoy Octave's automatic communication system. There are way too many emails, questionnaires, etc. The messages seem to be day late often.

I love my therapist. She is so practical and thoughtful, and often gives me great feedback and food for thought. The only downside is the billing. It has recently become a bit of a pain. I often don't get notified that I have a bill until after it's due. And it's near impossible to navigate to where they will show you what's paid and what's When due. I first started, they would just charge my card so I didn't have to think about it. Not sure what changed. My card on file is still good. Aside from that I still think it's a good platform and my therapist is awesome.
