A Thoughtful Partner Who Truly Listens
Working with Paula was a genuinely positive experience. She struck a rare and valuable balance between listening carefully to my feedback and gently guiding me to stay focused and strategic in how I presented my experience. She was collaborative, thoughtful, and always professional — but what really stood out was her ability to take in a LOT of input and distill it into clear, effective documents that aligned with my goals. I felt heard and respected throughout, and the final resume and cover letter are a strong reflection of both my voice and my value. Highly recommend!
