My resume writer
I've worked in marketing for 15 years, and I was a literature major, so you could say I know my way around words: I was very impressed with the work that was done. My resume writer, Paula, did a fantastic job guiding me through questions to get at the core of what my resume should focus on. I really appreciated the care and speed of the turnaround for my resume, cover letter, and updated Linkedin profile.

Marsha: Organized & Efficient Pro
Marsha was a complete joy to work with. She greatly improved my Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile. She knows how to frame everything and draw out skills that I only knew I had after thinking about it a bit. She also gave me candid feedback when needed, which was very helpful in the direction of the materials for my search.

Not a Good Service
They use an AI bot to match jobs that were repeatedly not close to what I was looking for despite multiple conversations with the recruiter. I primarily signed up for them to do networking on my behalf, they didn’t start sending messages until multiple weeks into my first month, and they reached out to multiple people who were no longer recruiters. I got much more done on my own. Maybe if you are just looking to apply to anything and everything this service would help, but not if you are looking g for a targeted assisted search. I would highly recommend people look at other services, this one is awful. UPDATE: They refunded my payment and believe this experience to not be the norm
Response from Find My ProfessionAug 22, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our service didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, we do not use AI to match clients with jobs. Every job we source is hand-selected by our Job Search Specialists, and each opportunity is carefully reviewed by our Reverse Recruiters to ensure it aligns with the client’s goals and preferences. Our approach is designed to provide personalized support and targeted searches, but we understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone. We’re glad we could address your concerns and provide a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue to refine our processes to better serve our clients. If you have further insights, feel free to reach out directly. Thank you again, and we wish you success in your career journey.
