I'll preface this by saying I've never worked with a resume writer, so perhaps I did not provide the best direction. Overall, I'm very underwhelmed by the results. My LinkedIn profile has received fewer views, and the resume written for me hasn't garnered any interviews. While the person I worked with was pleasant, prompt, and professional, I have not gotten the results the company aims to provide to each person. I wanted my resume writer to deliver something concise, personable, and emblematic of who I am as a professional. I even created a document detailing my work history, significant accomplishments, and details about each company I have worked for to help provide context. While the resume and LinkedIn I received, and revised with my writer, seem very polished, they are too generic and do not distinguish me from other candidates. I give it 3/5 because the writer was very easy to work with, and in a way, it's helpful to have a long version of my resume, but again, I have not received the results the service promises, and I plan to rewrite my LinkedIn and use the resume I wrote for myself.

I'm marking 3 stars for high professionalism and a seemingly nice-looking product. I'm docking 2 stars as their guarantee promises only half of what it assures. After a long career, including working with global brands and Fortune 500 giants, I felt promise coming to Find My Profession for an Executive Resume service, and paid very good money for it. The process started a little hairy due to unforeseen circumstances with my initial writer, so I was shifted to a different writer. All of whom were, again, professional and did express their goal of getting the resume right. After no call backs after the 1st resume, I returned to request a resume rewrite, per the guarantee, which they did provide, no questions asked. I was shifted to a different writer. Again, very professional. It's been a total of around 4 months now with no call-backs on either resumes I've used from this company. With the rapid advances in technology, I wonder if they're keeping up with how resumes are being screened and adjusting accordingly.

My experience was ok. I was not happy with the service although I felt I spent alot of money. It left me with the mindset that its best to do your own resume. I believe its important to work hand and hand with the resume writer to get it right. I was looking for a resume which would help reflect my advanced degree work in relation to the business industry. I had provided several other draft resumes I had from the past but that still didn't help. I ultimately just said ok..its fine. There was a rewrite but I just wanted to move on. I was tired and had worked with other resume writers in the past. The new resume content still missed how my experience and career objectives presented but the content was nicely put together. The resume still didn't put me closer to my target jobs although I am highly experienced, trained and educated. I just was not happy. However, that's my situation. Everyone is different. Update: As all people can see, trust pilot verifies all reviews with receipts or will have any review removed when questioned. I didn't use my name here because it's not to amuse this organization and their condescending responses. They want to maintain good reviews no matter how well they do. I am one to ignore reviews and still tried it out. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone outside other organizations that can do the same or maybe better. They want way too much money for a service. It appears that people are "gaslit" if they explain their issues with the service. I wish "Find My Profession" all the best in doing better.
