Stay away from this service.
Overall: A waste of money and run by scammers. Stay away from this service. Pros - My Reverse Recruiter was very nice and seemed to genuinely want to help me find a job and was very receptive to any changes I wanted to implement in our search. Cons - Very slow process. I had to wait a month after first payment to start my service. - Not enough job applications per day and some jobs take days to get applied once you've submitted or approved them. - Shady business practices the border on a scam (more details below) My experience with Find My Profession started out rough right from the start. It took a whole month after my first payment to finish onboarding and have a reverse recruiter assigned to me to begin my search, so that was a whole first month wasted. I started the service on April 13th, 2026 and opted in for the 6 month guarantee. I had assumed that meant that on October 13th, my guarantee would kick in and I'd get 6 months of free service. I checked in with one of the admin staff to confirm this before I renewed on September 12th. They informed me that the 6 month guarantee doesn't work like that. They said that because they didn't actually search for jobs for me during the first month, that month didn't count. Then why did I have to pay for the first month, then? What's even more confusing is that on your profile, it'll show you that you have a 6 month guarantee and will provide you with a date that it begins, which was April 13th on my profile. Still, they said that I would not be getting the guarantee after 6 months. I then went to their website to see if there was some fine print I missed that explained this, and found that they changed the 6 month guarantee to a 4 month guarantee, so my free period should have already kicked in, but they conveniently failed to inform me. I told the admin staff about this change to the guarantee, and they pulled another switcheroo on me so that I wouldn't get the guarantee. They said that since I interviewed 5 times, the guarantee no longer applies to me. I only interviewed 4 times. Even my profile shows I only interviewed for 4 jobs during the 5 months I was using the service. One of the interviews had a 5 minute recruiter screening prior to the real interview, so they counted that as an extra interview to conveniently bring me to 5 interviews. Most jobs these days require 2-4 interviews, so a single job prospect can disqualify from the guarantee kicking in. After this whole debacle I ended up going through their site more thoroughly as I was shocked at how they conducted themselves. Once I did, I realized that (in my belief) all of the reviews on their site are completely fake. I think that all of the video testimonials on their site are AI generated and none of the people in those reviews exist. They don't have LinkedIn pages or anything that I could find. They're all fake in my opinion. Even these other Google reviews seem fake to me. It all looks to me to be all the same short, generic, positive response over and over again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this service.
