Paula was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She delivered a polished, high-quality resume and cover letter that truly elevated my experience and made my story much more compelling. Her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, and she made the entire process feel seamless and efficient. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and how she translated my background into strong, professional messaging. I’m really impressed with the final product and feel much more confident heading into my job search. Highly recommend working with her!

I had an excellent experience. Great customer service-and feedback from the team was prompt; really helped me communicate my executive presence and professionalize my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn

Templated and scripted contacts that generated 4 initial interviews in three months, including none in the first two months. Resume was rewritten, after which I submitted it to AI personally and was able to identify multiple strategic errors in the positioning for jobs. They have no incentive for you to get hired because once you do, they lose revenue. Without any requests for feedback, asked me to renew monthly. No personalized reach out; everything is a systematic cold approach to hiring managers that got no results. Huge waste of time and a lot of money.

Rebecca Skov was awesome and extremely professional. She addressed my concerns right away and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend her.

I was very pleased in every respect, from the organization of information, the visual presentation, and the details to the energy exuding from the final products. A job well done!

Excellent and Differenciated

Paula was phenomenal! My husband and I have both worked with her over the past five years to update our executive resumes and LinkedIn profiles. Cannot recommend her and Find My Profession enough.

Rebecca was very professional and considerate. She took the time to understand the need and was able to capture the goal that I was able to achieve in my resume and bionote. She turned around the drafts promptly and they did not require too many edits.
