Find My ProfessionReviews of findmyprofession.com

Not Worth the Money - Onboarding was professional and well organized. They collected detailed information and were responsive early on. - Resume writing was the strongest part — the final resume was well done and worth it. - Communication was unclear: I was not told upfront that only one meeting/revision with the resume writer was included. - The job search service did not match expectations. - Most jobs suggested did not align with my experience, preferences, location, or qualifications. - Recruiters mostly seemed to use LinkedIn only. - The only non-LinkedIn opportunities submitted were jobs I found myself. Overall, good resume support but disappointing job search results for the price.

They use an AI bot to match jobs that were repeatedly not close to what I was looking for despite multiple conversations with the recruiter. I primarily signed up for them to do networking on my behalf, they didn’t start sending messages until multiple weeks into my first month, and they reached out to multiple people who were no longer recruiters. I got much more done on my own. Maybe if you are just looking to apply to anything and everything this service would help, but not if you are looking g for a targeted assisted search. I would highly recommend people look at other services, this one is awful. UPDATE: They refunded my payment and believe this experience to not be the norm

Paid $2500 for a month of service in Apr 2023. Did not even get a lead/phone call/interview. If you charge this amount of money, better perform.

I opted for the Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn Package at $ 1095 after looking at the reviews, mainly on Trustpilot. I signed up to the service on the 30th May 2021 and I am still waiting for my LinkedIn profile to be fully uploaded as of the 3rd of August. While the CV that has been produced is of an acceptable quality the whole process has taken for ever, without me having made any major changes. I thought that by paying more money that I would have ended up with professional service unfortunately this has not been the case. Lets hope this continues to be the exception rather than the rule.
