After trying 1 other reverse recruiting service I almost gave up. What makes FMP different is their bespoke and custom approach to networking and the overall job searching. Before FMP I had been applying to jobs on my own with no luck. To save time, I even used a reverse recruiting company that would apply to ~20-40 jobs per week for me. From the first call I had with my reverse recruiter till the last, they were nothing but professoinal, prompt, and polite. The thing that stuck out most to me was their level of communication. Not a day went by where I did not feel completely in the loop with my job search activity. With their transparent activity tracker and the regular check-ins, I felt very taken care of. They took all the heavy lifting out of job searching for me. They found high quality jobs that I was not able to find on my own. They promptly applied. And the networking was phenomenal. They took the time to get to know me and craft custom messages to high level contacts at each of my target companies and generated a significant amount of interviews. I'm happy to report that after 4 months of service, I have landed a new Vice President role at one of my target companies making $63,000 above my last role. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in a senior level position seeking assistance with their job search.
