Figi's Gifts In Good TasteReviews of figis.com

Hi thought to let you know, I had a very good tasting experience with a recent order which was a pumpkin cake. Tasted very well, the cake came to our home in good shape. It reminded me of a pumpkin roll but in a Bundt cake format. All I can say was Yum.. My wife just feel in love with the cake and the cake reminded me of a Pumpkin Roll we had for Christmas. I have had no problems with Figis and when I ask for help they have always been very kind and understanding. Never had any problems and I would recommend them when I make any orders from them. I would trust them to help you in any way, or help solve any problems in ordering.

I have ordered many times over the past several years. While the sizes seem small, compared to other companies I've used, you get what you pay for. The quality of the cheeses and meats is very good. I send small packs to college age daughters for treats. They always love them. The one time I contacted customer service on a delivery, it was handled to my satisfaction. I order on-line and always get what I order when it is promised. I also plan ahead. That prevents problems. I plan to continue ordering every holiday season for myself and family.

I have been ordering from Figi's for years. They have a great selection for any holiday or celebration. Their catalogs are wonderful, great pictures and excellent prices. Deliveries are always made right on time. I have always been extremely pleased with my own orders and have heard from friends and family that they loved the items I sent. Judy Hanna

I have had to go to physical therapy at times. When I have finished, I wanted to give them a thank-you gift for all of their help. I give them Figi's petit fours. I have given them the ones for Halloween and the ones for Christmas and then the spring flavored little cakes. They loved them and so did I. I also have ordered them for my own treat. Always came in good shape and quite tasty. Also gave them to my dentist. I also order a cake roll filled with a mint frosting and topped with chocolate shavings at Christmas time. It is soooooo delicious. I had one at Christmas time, and I ordered another and froze it for company. It is a very unique treat, freezes well, and always arrived in good shape. So I would say that all of my experiences with Figis have been very positive.

I have read several of the reviews and it appears there are many woman that are not happy. I have placed several orders and have been happy with each and ever one. I had one package that was not delivered or was stolen after it was, I called customer service and explained the issue to the agent. Within a week I had a replacement that was sent free of charge. Maybe men have more patients when it comes to delivering. ladys you need to place your order well in advance of your day you have

We have an employee holiday this week and last week I placed an order for gift baskets through Figi's. I checked out with a few dozen gift baskets and selected a delivery date of 5/6/13. Got the confirmation. Then Friday I received a call that they were short 3 gift baskets and I needed to select a different one for those -- a pain, but not too terrible. I told the customer service associate the basket I wanted to replace it with and that was that, or so it seemed. Come Monday morning, I find in my email an out-of-stock notice, as well as a shipping email that says they will arrive on 5/7/13. What? I call Figi's and apparently there was no record of my Friday call where I selected the gift basket to replace the out of stock ones. I told them again which one I wanted. Then I asked about why the baskets that had already shipped would be here a day late. I was told I didn't pick the right shipping. Okay, but on the Figi's website I selected "Arrive on/before 5/6/13" and two options were available, so it's their mistake for making an option available that's not correct. To their credit, after I said this about 3 times, they agreed to issue a credit for the shipping. However, the three replacement gift baskets are not going to get here until 5/8/13, meaning the full amount of our gifts for employees won't get here until two days after they were supposed to. Will not be using them again.

I placed my order I received an email stating that I would get a confirmation email when it was processed. 4 days went by and I received no email, so I tried to log in to their website, their website had no record of me or my transactions or even of my email address. I called customer service, they said there was a small problem with my order and that it was on hold until I cleared up confusion with my billing address. I asked them why no one called me to let me know there was a problem with my order, they basically said "I don't know". This order is very important to me as I'm sending it to someone recovering from a serious surgery. I asked them if they would get it shipped by the time I needed it, they said "we can't make any promises". They still have not even cleared the charge through my bank so I've had the $40 pending from them for over a week now and it still hasn't gone through. NEVER AGAIN! Divine Delights are way more expensive but the peace of mind is worth the cost. SHAME on Figis

Second (and last) time I order from this company. The let you choose a delivery day and both times the order got there over a week early, so I felt obligated to send an additional gift closer to the date of the actual holiday. Their response: they ship so all gifts arrive BEFORE the chosen date to avoid late arrivals. So why do they let you choose a date??????? Also the items pictured look much LARGER than the actual gift. My bad- the small print description clearly states that these are actually more like sample size gifts. Sticking to Hickory Farms or local gift baskets for value from now on!
