I placed an order and never received any confirmation email at all. Checked on their website after a few days and it tells me the order number doesn't exist. continued to call about a dozen times over 3 days only to get disconnected. Finally get a message after a week that one item wasn't available and need to substitute. Finally get through to someone after 5 more calls to be told it is prepared for shipment. If i need to make a substitution how can I. Told the woman of my repeated phone calls only to be called a liar that everyone else is getting through just fine.She said she could not cancel my order when I was fed up.

Place a order. try and reach them by phone or computer is a waste of time. Never happens

Talk about a crap company. Place an order based on the stated delivery date, have that date changed by Figi's until 4 days AFTER you need it, then call a FULL WEEK prior to the new date to cancel the order, as it will arrive too late to be of use, and have several different CSR's give you the runaround for over an hour before being disconnected. Forget Figi's, if you want a beef log or squeeze cheese product, use Swiss Colony instead. They care about their customers.

When my order was received I noticed some additions What a nice surprise! they are scrumptious and have enjoyed some and still have some. I have ordered previously from Figis and have never been disappointed and for the folks to whom I sent gifts,lthey, too were very happy and enjoyed them. Many thanks!

each year a family member from Fla surprises us with a new selection..always arrives in time for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for all the hard work you put into the wonderful hams and cheeses

This is literally half the size i thought i wad gunna be 2 things spent 70 dollars and i could eat this crap in 2 days NOT AT ALL WORTH IT i thought shipping and handleing was so expensive (9.99 ad item) because it needed to be kept chilled and i get it and its in a normal friggin box THEY CHARGE YOU SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY CAN OK i got prepackaged meats cheeses and candy that stuff should absolutely NOT have cost me 20 dollars to ship. Needless to say im very disapointed and even though they sent me another 10 off your next order promo code (the reason i even placed my first order was because i had gotten one with the random brochure they sent me) AND a free shipping coupon its not worth it they are little the whole $39.90 package is like the size of a notebook and the meats and cheeses look like the baby versions of what you see in theyre magazine and website. I thought it would be double that for the price but i guess theyre just another company that knows how to swindle people.

The gift itself looks wonderful and we are anxious to try the items, but there is no indication of who sent the gift. I will be embarrassed if the thoughtful sender does not receive a thank you for their kind gift. I will be embarrassed if I send a thank you to a possible sender and it is not them. Carol Bench
