Haley, glad you were happy with us offering PayPal as a payment method and with the color of our tissue paper. According to the weight our tissue paper shouldn't be too thin, but we will look into this. Thank you for your feedback.

Rebecca, the bags you ordered are high density t-shirt bags. It's impossible to manufacture these to be crystal clear, however they are clear enough to see through. We have been distributing these clear bags for 25 years and the word "clear" has always been used to describe these in our catalog and on our website. Fetpak goes by the standard industry wide definition in high density plastic bag descriptions, "clear" is 100% accurate. We have a 30 day return policy and if you are not happy with the clarity of the bags you are welcomed to return them to us for a 100% refund as long as the cases are full. Contact [email protected] if you would like an RA number.
