IBEX PackagingReviews of ibexpackaging.com

Attn: Michael Clifford I had looked at so many companies for product packaging and they were eaither too pushy or gimmicky and I needed something fast! Like asap fast! Michael got me a quote and 3D mockup to me literally the next day and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I had found (even Asia). Order processed easily and attention to detail was amazing too. Delivery and shipping time all on time and product arrived even BETTER than I expected! I am so glad I used Ibex. Don’t hesitate. Do it!

Mark did a great job communicating the project timeline and expectations. The product quality is amazing.

Mark with IBEX packaging provided a quote right away and was fast to respond to my questions. The creation and revisions of my countertop display boxes was efficeint and fast. Short turn around time to receive the final product. The boxes look sharp, professional, and are durable. Overall, it was a professional and enjoyable experience.

Mark was so helpful and our boxes turned out perfect!

Michael was smooth to work with and the product was fantastic and received quickly, I cannot stress the professionalism and quality of items received for cigar company packaging which is very nuanced and this company knocked it out of the park! Cent'Anni!

Excellent service from start to finish. Mark and his team were very responsive and helpful. Quick turnaround and the end product looks exactly as it did in the proofs!

It seems like I spend a lot of time filtering through companies and websites that aren't what they appear to be. I was on the hunt for custom pillow boxes and each site I went to just seemed off to me. I found Ibex Packaging after a prolonged search. I contacted them and Mark got back to me right away. Mark and his team worked quickly and diligently to provide me with proofs and pricing for the job I needed done. The boxes were produced overseas but there were no surprises from unexpected tariffs or duties, it was all handled internally. The price I paid delivered the order to my door. Ibex Packaging is the real deal. Mark and his team are available via chat, phone, or email and he was very responsive. I highly recommend Ibex, you won't be sorry.
