we have been ordering from fetpack for a longtime but looks like this is the last time ...We ordered few items that did not show out of stock and after placing the order a few days later i got a call saying its not in stock but i can still order the same item at 4 times the cost which i obv.. didn't agree .I cancelled those items and ask that i speak with a supervisor was put on hold twice for 15/20 mins each time with out any manager or supervisor coming on the line.Later I was told that I will get a call back and it has been one week and i still haven't heard back.This is not the first time such a thing has happened but since its become a regular with fetpak i will definitely switch to a more reasonable competitor.

Fetpak's product and service quality can not be beat! I appreciated the personal phone call instead of having to exchange numerous emails to take care of a minor issue! Delivery was fast and product was in excellent condition. The best part was catalog that I received from which I can't wait to order.
