Green Pricing Labels for #TM5500 Labeler
We bought 100 rolls of Green Pricing Labels for #TM5500 Labeler. They are so cheaply made that we have the following problems. (1) The rolls look okay, but the center holes get off-centered toward the center; therefore about up to 30% of the rolls cannot be used. (2) The glue does not last long enough, especially on vinyl; we have to sweep the floor every day to remove fallen price tags. (3) The seller's attitude is also a big problem, as shown in the response bellow. The seller sold this craps. Then they have to say, "We are sorry." before they blame their suffering customer for this one star review. The quality control is the responsibility of the seller. I hope this seller change its response. I need to let the customers know my experiences before they purchase anything from this store. Please do not buy at least the Green Pricing Labels from this store to avoid the problems and blames that I suffer from.

So when someone such as yourself attacks our company and broadcasts on the internet to "never buy from this company" and "how we sold crap" as you did in your reviews, yes we will defend our reputation. Our original response is below, we stand by it. By the way we will not apologize to someone such as yourself who is rude and vindictive. Our reply to customers original review: We are surprised you never contacted us about the issue you had with the labels. We would have replaced or refunded you the cost if you had. Not sure why you decided to go straight to Trustpilot to announce your complaint about one of our over 1,200 products. Regardless, we do sell millions of these labels with no complaints. However our 30 day no hassle return policy guarantees a refund for any reason. We believe it would have served your purpose better to contact us regarding a refund instead of broadcasting a complaint you had on one item and then having the nerve to try to encourage people to never buy from us.
