Diane, we appreciate you coming back to Fetpak for your reclosable bags. We agree that many competitors cut corners on these, such as lower grade clarity and thicknesses less than advertised. Thank you very much for the 5 star review.

Fetpak packs orders the most economical way. With your order it was to strap cartons together as the cartons. The price difference by us strapping cartons vs sending loose was $20. As I'm sure you know, our margins are thin and so we need to keep our freight costs low. Remember we pay 100% of the shipping cost, including fuel and residential surcharges. We will credit your account if there was any damage to the merchandise you ordered. Just let us know and we will pick up the damaged boxes. Simply email [email protected] with your comment above and our reply. Also your invoice number. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are still trying to improve package tracking for our customers. On your package, there was a UPS delay which is resulting in a late delivery. It will be delivered today, Oct 21st. We apologize for that inconvenience.
