Hi Jose, Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and allowing us to review your concerns. To provide some clarity, an Autoship reminder was sent on August 11, ahead of the order generating on August 16. By the time we you contacted us, the prescription order was already being processed for shipment and could no longer be canceled. Prescription medications are also unable to be returned once dispensed. We appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and work toward a resolution. If you need any further assistance with your future orders, our team is always happy to help.

To provide some clarity, your Simparica Trio Autoship was scheduled to generate in August rather than July. We also reviewed the pricing together and explained that the advertised promotional price applies to the first Autoship order, while recurring orders receive different Autoship savings. We’re glad we were able to work toward a resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly and hope this provides a more consistent experience with your future orders.
