FentyBeautyReviews of fentybeauty.com

It was my first time ordering from Fenty Beauty UK and it will definitely be my last!! The order was left outside my house with £50 worth of makeup inside, which of course was stolen! After sending back my declaration on the 20th October i haven’t heard anything back despite sending several emails! Absolutely disgusting customer service from what is meant to be a major brand! So disappointed and out of pocket by £50!!

I ordered something that was left in my lobby by delivery driver and stolen before I could get my hands on it. Box torn open, papers scattered on the floor and the two products taken. They did not issue a refund even though it was no fault of mine. I lost £40.

After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant to order. But took the plunge as there were gift sets reduced from £30 down to £11. Honestly, had a very good experience! I ordered on Oct 12th and my items arrived 10 days later! The tracking details allowed me to know the exact whereabouts of my parcel at all times. I will DEFINITELY order from Fenty again! :)

As a singer, rihanna is perfect, but not as a the creator of fenty beauty.

I was changed for an order that was never fulfilled and when asking about the order with customer service I am told they cannot find the order, then it was the payment couldn't be verified (payment is in place and I am being charged) provided proof of my order from THEIR system and also submitted proof the order payment was established successfully now my tickets are being closed with no responses from anyone. I am now left to dispute this with the financial institution. Do not bother ordering from this site IDC how good the discount is just purchase the products else where if you really want them.

Shocking website experience and customer service. I was charged for “free” samples. I contacted customer services via chat conversation when i saw this overcharge in my email confirmation and I was told was only part of the billing process, this was not true as i was charged £25 over what the value of the original products i ordered were. Contacted them via chat, email and phone to just be passed from pillar to post (they kept saying my issue couldn’t be dealt with via chat/email and the phone number they gave me doesnt ring) with no resolution. Do yourself a favour and order from Boots rather than through this poor performing website

Iv waited weeks for delivery still not arrived i wished i had read reviews....iv tried to contact them but no answer....up date parcel arrived and fantastic products love the lipstick and eye liner
