alright so i was super super anxious after reading all these negative experiences here as i ordered and then have sadly read all of this afterwards. well guys i don’t know if i was only lucky or something but i had no troubles at all🙏🏼. i ordered on april 24th and got my package arrived here in germany on may 7th. i had no problems with missing items, wrong items, broken items, stolen package, extreme long waiting or anything. everything went fine and also i had no troubles with extra payments, duty or so on. still i think there are reasons why so many people leave negative ratings so probably i would not order a second time there just because i don’t want to take a new risk and am still kind of afraid.

I ordered through website popular skin tint shade 3. Within a few hours received a notification transaction cancelled as out of stock. I received paypal notification of refund within 24 hours and email from the company within a few hours of making payment. Although i didnt get the order, the company dealt with refund very quickly and communication within a few hours of making the payment. So positive review from me.

Let me tell you, my daughter put me on this line of cosmetics and I simply adore it! She bought me some time ago a beautiful red lipstick and it feels so light on my lips! It smudges a little bit but it doesn't bother me at all because I take it everywhere with me in my purse! 😜 I also have the face primer and it sits so nicely on my mature skin! Highly recommend it! I’m so glad I did not read these reviews before I ordered...anyway I ordered the set with the cleanser the toner and the moisturizer and I have adult acne always have. I have only ever found 1 other thing that works but not even close I will forever be using this is my morning and night routine because acne never goes away of course only thing that was missing was fast delivery

loved the concealer, the first foundation that was launched matched my skin tone perfectly but was a little bit too drying. Didn’t try their new formula yet, but it seems it will be a better fit for my skin type

First time Fenty shopper and my experience so far is enough to make me never buy from them again. I orderEd the Mattemoiselle lipstick in shade Griselda and instead I received Two Lil Stunnas lip color duo in Unmatched and Underrated. Neither are a color close to what I ordered or would even wear. Really disappointed because I needed this for a wedding this Friday. *UPDATE* Customer service ending up replying immediately and was very nice and fast to turn the situation around. They are kind enough to overnight me the correct item I ordered. Fingers crossed it is the correct one when it arrives! *FINAL UPDATE* The correct product arrived the day after speaking to the customer service. Tested the product for a short time and seems pretty long lasting so far. I am very excited to wear it tomorrow for the wedding I’m in. I’ve updated to four stars because I ending up being very impressed by customer service. The phone call took all of 8 minutes and problem was solved promptly. Still left off one star just for the added hassle, but at least the situation was handled beautifully!
