I was so excited to start using my Fenty products. I got the cookies and cream mask and the fat water toner Serum. The serum burnt the skin off of the side of my face and my neck. For the past four days all I’ve done is explain to people what happened to my neck and face!! However, I love the cherry treat conditioning oil and I love the plush puddin lip mask. I would give both of those five stars. I also love the clear gloss. By mistake I put the order through twice now I’m stuck with this toner that I’m afraid to use. I would highly recommend buying small sample sizes before you waste your money on large purchases just to see how you react to the product.

I did read these reviews after my first purchase and was a little scared. When my first package did arrive, it was 2 weeks after I placed the order. The Fenty Beauty website didn't really update from the Processing status until the item was actually delivered. However, I ordered again first after I received my first delivery and it worked perfectly. The website updated, I received update emails and my package arrived in exactly 7 days. This was an international order.

Awful. Ordered and took my money. No dispatch after 10 days. Chased to find out what was happening. No reply. Suddenly order was cancelled and refunded without request after 2 weeks. Item was due to be a birthday gift. Wouldn’t advise anyone to order from here

I wish I read all these reviews before I place an order. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. First of all, super unfriendly website where I purchased more than £100 worth of products to get a cute purple bag but after clicking “add” it turns out you need to click extra button to add it properly. Then I wanted to cancel my order in order to reorder everything and this biach “Michelle M” said something like it’s not populated in our system yet so “cannot do anything right now” and the b.s. of “cancellation is a courtesy” and mean what the fk? So if I ask a vendor to cancel my order I’m asking for an extra favor?! Is this person fk educated or not? Then they ended the chat even I said “I’m not finished”. Ofc I left a bad review but I’m pretty sure nothing will be done about it. LAST TIME BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Let me tell you, my daughter put me on this line of cosmetics and I simply adore it! She bought me some time ago a beautiful red lipstick and it feels so light on my lips! It smudges a little bit but it doesn't bother me at all because I take it everywhere with me in my purse! 😜 I also have the face primer and it sits so nicely on my mature skin! Highly recommend it! I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to because I am blown away by theFat Water toner. I have been struggling with my skin for the last 6 months - I use expensive products but my skin wasn't absorbing any moisture. I ended up with chronic tiny bumps, dry patches and break outs which had really knocked my confidence. Having done some research I realised I needed to add a toner to my skincare routine for my skin to absorbe moisture from my moisturiser. I went to Boots to pick up one and this was in front of me so I grabbed one. I am over the moon. The difference in my skin is night an day. I am two weeks in and my skin is glowing, way less break outs and very plump! I also wanted to respond to the 1 star review below mine refferenceing some dangerous ingredients. I have taken a look at the ingredients in my Fat Water and there aren't any of the bad ingredients that are listed in the review. Thank god! Thank you Fenty for this game changing toner from a very happy 37year old!
