Really love their learning app, very helpful and easy to use, i can;t believe i'm finally learning!!

Bought a new P-bass special Mexican , played great at first, neck wouldn't hold up, took it to a fender dealer for repairs, needed a new neck, going on 4 months now, rude, obnoxious customer service when I try to find out what's happening, Absolutely done with them after this, very disappointing a prestigious company like fender has sunk so low, pitiful.

I got my great stratocaster, it's the dream like you imagined. Great experience :)

Fender Newport Bluetooth Speaker failed; Contacted the company via their phone number after the Newport failed (all lights flashing, indicating overheating battery). Brad informed me that there really isn't a fix for this, and without hesitation set up a replacement to be sent to me. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had with any company in my life, especially considering how awesome their other products usually are. By far, I recommend this company, AND their customer service.

I recently bought a Fender American Standard Stratocaster new. The first one I got had a huge paint job fault, so I got a new one. Makes me wonder about the quality control they have. The second one I got, which I kept, is great, but the plug jack is faulty, sometimes there is no contact. I have to wobble the cable a bit to get it to work. Great guitars, but they should really rewamp their quality assurance systems...

Thes people are the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. Jason and Ed had both hung up on me cancelled my order when they asked for my information before they said they was with fender which made me think I was giving my information to a random person who was trying to steal my information I asked to talked to the supervisor and they refused to let me talk to the supervisor I strongly advise talking your money somewhere else it is not worth it
