Ordered the ring to propose. My fiance LOVES it! Ring showed up right on time, even after needing to change the ring sizing. They were responsive, and very helpful through emails.

The ring was absolutely gorgeous! Their work is phenomenal. Took off some stars though because their customer service is lacking. Getting in contact with them was like pulling teeth. It wasn’t until, after sending them several emails, calling a few times with no response and messaging their ig account, I told them I would dispute the charge that they finally responded.

On time delivery, very beautiful ring

The ring shipped faster than expected and the quality is great. I would have given 5 stars if they had responded to my email.

The moss agate stone i received was not the quality I was hoping for. Very murky moss notes and not at all the advertised clarity. When I reached out to customer service through email about the status of my order, I never received a response. Overall I am just happy my ring came but could have been a lot better of an experience.

Ordered on march 20th and it’s now middle of may and I haven’t received the ring and they charged me for the ring already. Very upset and waste of money.

The team at Felicgals were extremely responsive, kind and professional. From the ease of ordering, to the delivery and finally to my wife's finger the experience was amazing. The ring is beautiful and of high quality. I highly recommend and know you will be as impressed as I have been.
