Although it was gorgeous, my fiancé and I wished to change it to a Unique Leafy Kite Lab Grown Diamond, 14K white gold, 1.0ct kite shape, and Emma at Felicegals helped us every step of the way. Emma was personable, reliable, responsive, and went out of her way to help us. She really cared about getting us our forever ring. Thankfully, Felicegals allowed us to return and exchange our original ring. The process was pain-free and expeditious. The new ring is absolutely stunning! My fiancé and I love it. Communication was well, my concerns were heard and acknowledged. You had sent the process and the process sent did not match what happened. Once I chose the setting, I expected multiple options for diamonds and possibly a video call to choose the one I wished and I received an email with 2 pictures of 1 diamond option. I was expecting options to choose from. However, the one option was perfect. I voiced my concern about the miscommunication and expectation, and I felt heard.

I was in a time crunch to have my ring delivered for my proposal date. After reaching out to Felicegals about my situation, they assisted me on expediting my ring and I received it a few days early than expected! I contacted Abby and told her what happened, she immediately went to work to get me a ring even better than the original. And let me just say it’s even more beautiful than the first. We did go up a size in the stone. But the professionalism from the entire staff and the way they helped us through a tough time(losing the ring) was impeccable.
