I am very happy with the ring I ordered from FeliceGals! They customized the band to my engagement ring and did an amazing job! I can't wait to be able to wear it every day after I get married It did take 3.5 months to arrive when online it says 3 to 5 week production time, so give yourself extra time if you are ordering from here/expecting customization. It was worth the wait. I'm just glad I ordered it early

My experience with Felicegals was a bit frustrating but in the end was resolved. I originally received the incorrect ring which was disappointing but was resolved within three weeks by sending me the correct ring. Once I received my correct ring it arrived with a loose setting for the stone. I had to take it to my local jeweler to have it set properly. I am unsure if it was damaged in shipping or was sent to me this way but regardless it was repaired. Customer service was kind and helpful. I was mainly dealing with Abby the entire time. Usually it took a few days to receive an email but when I was sent the second ring and it had a loose setting Abby was sure to respond to me everyday. I did not have to pay for shipping when it came to sending the ring back and receiving the second one. I was also refunded the cost for the repair and was given an additional year of warranty on my purchase Overall I am happy with my purchase albeit it was frustrating having to do all of this when the ring should have come as I ordered it. I am giving four stars as it was all fixed in the end without any cost to me other than my time.

Beautiful ring! We love that Alexandrite central piece, the diamonds, and the pearls in the ring, and it looks well made. 1 star taken off because of the lack of diamond certificates. We don't know if they are natural or the grading of them because of the lack of certification. Otherwise, the ring seems perfect.

The rings itself was beautiful and just like I ordered it and had a stamp to prove its authenticity. Although I missed the delivery because i wasn’t updated on where it was, it was just at “processing” and I needed to sign for it so I was lucky the post office was open on Saturday. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to give it to her.
