The ring I got for her was pretty good but when she is trying to buy one for me from this site she is ignored. Maybe she isn’t spending as much and they don’t care idk. I wish I would I would have bought from somewhere else

The stone is much darker than in the display pictures. You can't see the design the is supposed to be inside the stone. a little disappointed.

Your policy of keeping 30% of a return item is ridiculous ! Oh how I wish I had read the small print !!!!! The ring I returned is easily re-sellable. I shall never consider buying from you again…it is normal to return an item, especially jewelry, that has never been seen by the customer.

The ring size and stone was smaller than expected and not actually posted in the pictures

Pros: -Took the ring to a professional jeweler. The stones and band were verified to be authentic. The ring overall is pretty. Cons: -the ring is not set correctly. The jeweler mentioned that the top of the kite diamond sits out from the base, leaving it too exposed. -There is a flaw/chip in the tip of the diamond (was never worn before the jeweler looked at it). -I’ll need to work with the jeweler to modify the ring band to protect the stone (Spend more to fix it). -I never received specifics on the diamond weight. It’s own fault for being outside of the return window before taking it in. Please be smart before buying. It’s not a good feeling knowing you could’ve just worked with jeweler and hand a complete product.
