The first ring I purchased was not the right color, I was disappointed at first but when I made the error known, Abby was super kind and apologetic about the mistake and I ended up choosing a different ring for my girlfriend/soon to be fiancé. I also requested faster shipping and was willing to pay but because of the first error they didn’t make me pay for the faster shipping. The first ring was great quality so I am definitely excited for the second ring coming in the next day or so! I highly recommend this company.

I am in LOVE with this ring. It is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. I was over the moon when I opened the box. Customer service is alittle spotty through their emails but I got in contact with their Instagram and they were very kind and responded pretty quickly. I was sketched out because I read a few reviews saying its from China. But my shipment was from alabama. All in all. Very pleased with my purchase and defiantly a good Engagement ring.

Received a plastic ring after paying close to 1000$ for a moonstone wedding set. The customer service said they sent it to the wrong location and asked me to send what I received to another customer and that customer was supposed to send me the ring I ordered. I refused and asked to send it back to the company for a refund. They gave me the address of a family practice medical clinic in Mississippi to send it back to. This is a scam. The positive reviews are fake. Do not order from this company. They will steal your money and send you a cheap plastic ring

Oooooooo my goodness I absolutely love my ring!!!! So beautiful!!! They even did an engraving upon request! So happy and so thankful! Took about 3 weeks I believe to receive ring? In my opinion it's perfect! But then again anything my fiance does for me I feel is perfect haha so you'll have to take your own risk to get your own thoughts but I promise you won't be disappointed!! I didn't see a way to call but they do answer their emails by the next day... Well they did for us 💗 oh yeah and when we originally ordered the set he later wanted to add a crown for it so they notified us to confirm all details and sent a copy what the plan for the ring would look like 💞

I love my rings, I payed extra to get my rings sooner and it took 3 weeks. I was able to email them a day later after ordering and forgetting to ask to have them engraved. They said it was no problem, I was also able to contact them through Instagram. It’s definitely not a scam you do have to pay through pay pal and the response time is a day late but they are legit and the rings are just as pictured, beautiful.

I thought this was a scam but to be honest it’s really legit. I have been refunded for an order I placed that I made a mistake on. I chose the wrong color and I asked for a refund, I didn’t think i was going to get it but I did. The ring was really nice just the wrong color.

This ring was everything and more. Definitely exceeded my expectations! I would 10/10 recommend buying your engagement ring from felicegals.
