My husband bought two rings here for mothers day and I absolutely love them. The quality is amazing and the finishes are define. Also the customer service is great, we needed to resize and the company was very helpful. Getting a lot of complements on the rings and I would definitely buy here again.

I sent my fiancé the Felicegals website for my engagement ring in 2021, I liked that they were handmade and that it was a small business. I ended up losing a side lab diamond a few months after our engagement and I reached out to them, they replied so quickly and offered to fix it for me or send me loose stones. I was so pleased with them as a company I ended up getting my wedding band from them and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong color, when it got to me they made it right and remade it for me in the correct color and their communication has always been excellent. They are always available for guidance and even asked for photos and measurements to fit my engagement ring to my wedding band. The attention to customer service is took notch and I’m so thrilled to have randomly found them on Pinterest when looking for rings. If I ever need another ring for anything or know anyone looking for a unique ring I will always recommend and use them.

Bought a ring and It come with the wrong stone. They are unable to correct it and said over a week ago they would ship me the correct stone and I could take it to a local store for repair. (Which is more use of my gas, time, etc) I haven’t heard anything else about the stone being shipped At this rate, the stone will not arrive in time for me to fix the ring before the trip for the proposal. I think it’s ridiculous I’m having to go pay someone to fix their mistake, then arrange to be reimbursed, and mail the Opal back. I have been very patient and understanding but the stone should have been mailed out by now. I am having surgery and will be unable to get it fixed in time for my brother to have the ring for the proposal.

Great quality jewelry and it was the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I had to pay for expedited shipping to get the ring before our trip to Italy and it came with a few days to spare, in great condition. I ended up getting one size too big but we easily got it resized and Felicegals reimbursed me for the cost! Thank you so much!!
