Quality all around. When ordering things online, I'm always scared of what they'll look like in person. I ordered a titanium lab emerald ring and it looks exactly like the picture. It's so beautiful and came without any scratches or anything that I was concerned about. The customer service is also phenomenal here. I highly recommend it for the quality, price, and genuine dedication put into my order. Oh, also she said yes :)

My experience with felicegals was nothing short of perfect! The customer service was amazing, it took exactly 34 days from ordering my bridal set to delivery. Keep in mind each piece is custom made! The rings are gorgeous, unique and beautifully crafted. I am getting a ton of compliments for my engagement ring. I could not be happier! Definitely recommend! I also got the surprise necklace even though we ordered a day shy of the special. Thank you felicegals!

Customer service was top notch. I had a couple questions on deprecate occasions and I had very quick replies from Abby. I fell short of a free necklace deal that the shop was running. I asked if there was something I could do to bump my order up so I could qualify for this deal. Abby responded saying she would gift the necklace anyways. Will be purchasing from here again.
