My husband and I regret everyday buying a ring from this company. Back in October, my husband paid for expedited shipping, a soldered pair, and a salt and pepper diamond shaped ring. The rings didn’t come soldered, and the center diamond was loose. The diamond fell out only a month after having it. The company at first didn’t want to fix anything and it was only after leaving bad reviews, that they reached out and agreed to give me a new one. The new one came soldered on, thank god, but the diamond in the ring was loose just like the first one was. It was also never centered to the wedding band. We let this slide but needed to make sure it was tightened. Felicegals told me they would reimburse me the $10-$20 it would cost to fix it at a local jeweler. Harry Ritchie’s & another jeweler told me that it wouldn’t be an easy fix, it would cost over $100. This was back in April, however they said they would tighten up for free but it would be temporary. It needed to be sent back to a goldsmith. And they also mentioned how Felicegals used GLUE on the diamond to stick it to the ring. We paid over $4,000 for this. I get so anxious thinking about the diamond falling out, I wish we could get our money back because this whole experience has been a nightmare. We don’t have the money to buy a new one at the moment. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please go to a reputable jeweler because this is not it.

At first I will admit I was quite skeptical about this company due to me having failed purchases online with not so reputable websites. After looking into the website I found that it is actually very trust worthy and 100% real. I purchased a ring from them and contacted Abby to see if there were more ring boxes available aside from the green color that they had. She replied stating there are actually 3 colors.(green, blue and pink) She was always quick to respond and always very polite. When I was notified that the ring was finally on its way I got two tracking numbers. I originally only noticed one. Turns out that if you get the ring with lab grown diamonds/real diamonds, the first package you will likely receive is the authentication certificate from the lab itself. Needless to say I was terrified thinking that I got scammed and all I was going to get was some papers. I got the actual ring two days later and it is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this company and am super grateful for their great customer service and quality. PS: keep an eye out for multiple tracking numbers and don't freak yourself out like I personally did.

Bought this ring after ring shopping with my fiancée and she loves it! They offer a ring kit for ring sizing. One comment that the plastic ring sizers are more difficult to put on and take off than the actual ring. The sizers stressed us out and are probably best for only getting a general idea of ring size which can be done at any jeweler shop. The ring itself is fantastic! Super pretty, we both love it.

Customer service responded with great urgency and timeliness, processing a refund for a beautiful ring I purchased with felicegals in only a few hours of sending my request to cancel the order. I’ll be sure to shop here again when the time calls for it.

First off, I was in a pinch to get my ring. I ordered the ring about a month in advance before our proposal trip and did not consider the time it takes to make the custom ring (3-6 weeks). So I emailed Felicegals To express my urgency in getting the ring and they actually got it to me in the 3 weeks time! I missed the ring size by .25 and they paid for the resizing. All same day replies. Plus, the ring was beautiful! Exactly as advertised. Have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Absolutely Beautiful ring. Great response time from Abby to the many questions I had and the ring came much faster than I expected, but right on time with when she said it would arrive. The ring is absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to pop the question, I know she's gonna love it.
