FelicegalsReviews of felicegals.com

The site was easy to navigate and use. The options offered were excellent, and support was more than happy to reach out and make sure everything was great. The quality of the ring was top notch when I received it and everyone talks about how beautiful it is! The online picture definitely doesn't do it justice.

I ordered the moss agate with real diamonds for my wife. It was our 36th anniversary and a surprise. She loved it and has wore it every day since she received it! Felicegals did a great job!

This company is amazing! Abby was so helpful when it came to customer service and product questions. My now finance proposed yesterday and gave me the 18k white gold black rutilated quartz engagement ring and it is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! It’s literally perfect and I cant stop looking at it. It’s better than it shows in the pictures! I 1,000% recommend this brand! The ring came a few days early too! Overall amazing experience!

It was a pleasure doing buisness with them. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The communication was amazing. It made the exchange very personable and gave me the assurances that I was working with real people and that I was not just getting pushed along through the process. The ring speaks for itself. It is stunning and beyond what I had hoped for. The workmanship and quality are outstanding. My wife loves it and I know I will be doing buisness with them again!

I was checking out quite a few different websites for elven inspired rings and came across felicegals. As soon as I saw their catalog, I knew this was the place to go. The ring on the site wad absolutely gorgeous, and after placing my order and a short turn around time, the ring arrived. It was even more beautiful in person and has that natural shine you want with your diamonds. Their customer service was superb and very understanding with helping me find the perfect style stone. I can't wait to pop the question to my girlfriend. Highly recommend :)

I was skeptical of this site initially. I just couldn't find a ton of reviews or confirmation that it was legitimate. The prices seemed a bit too good to be true and it was just a ton of different styles. I decided to take the chance and I am SO glad I did. we wanted a salt and pepper kite cut diamond engagement ring that some niche designers do, but charge a preposterous amount for. I got one done with Felicegals, it arrived exactly as pictured, I got excellent communication through out the process (even when I went back and forth a bit on the stone choice, etc), and we get compliments on it constantly. I had it appraised shortly after and everything checked out. This site is 100% legitimate and the craftsmanship and quality are superb

Ring came almost a month late when I payed for priority shipping. Customer service was extremely friendly as others mentioned but as soon as you have a problem (in my case, a polite refund request on priority shipping due to the massive delay) you get completely ghosted. Delay definitely had an impact on my proposal

The ring we received was absolutely beautiful! However, there was a slight issue upon receiving it. I contacted felicegirls about it, and they were extremely helpful and friendly and made everything right again. They absolutely lived up to their warranty policy and I couldn't be happier with the ring and the help we got
