The ring is absolutely beautiful, my now fiance loves it! Abby was great at keeping me updated and even changed the ring size for me days after the order was placed! I'm very happy that I placed my trust in Felicegals for such a big moment

Felicegals has been such a great company to purchase my girlfriend’s engagement ring from! They’ve been very helpful every step of the way, they honor their warranty for sure. I needed to get the ring resized after I purchased it and they reimbursed me for the resizing. Everything has been perfect!

Beautiful ring and arrived before they said it would. Photos online didn’t do it justice. She was thrilled. Very responsive company.

The ring was beautiful! It was a great design, got here in a timely manner, and looked unique. My fiancée loves the moss agate stone and it is well complimented by the surrounding stones. She loved showing it off! Also, the customer support was wonderful!

I have extremely complicated design in mind and Felicegals helped me achieved every idea I have in mind. We went back and forth in the email over 50 times to reach the final design, and the customer support is so nice and patient all the way to the end. I will buy from them again!

First off, not only does this company care, but they really care. I had some questions and concerns after ordering my engagement ring. They were fast at answering all my questions. Polite. Followed up with me to ensure it was exactly what I wanted and the ring was presented as expected. Thank you very much.

I had a super great experience! My girlfriend picked out a ring that she liked on this website and so I did my research and made sure that the website was real, and it was! My ring is now in and its super good quality, and the support staff was super helpful when I reached out to check the status of my order. 10/10 will recommend.
