Ordered an engagement ring from this company from a third party website a few days ago. Third party website didn’t give me an option to customize or size my ring. I got ahold of their team and they were very fast with a response(within 15 minutes) and not only did they let me customize my ring after the fact they also let me size it. They were kind and courteous. Will definitely be ordering again from them in the future.

We were so lucky to have found Felicegals and knew immediately after finding their leafy ring designs that we found what we were looking for. I don't typically wear jewelry so when it came time to shop for an engagement ring I was overwhelmed. They replied quickly and thoughtfully with answers to my many questions. Now that it has arrived, I constantly find myself staring at the gemstone and admiring the gold details. I often get my favorite compliment: what a unique ring!

I asked my husband for a pair of rainbow earrings from Felicegals. He ordered them, and when they arrived they did not look like the picture in the website. The stones are sooooo tiny that you cannot tell that they are different colors. I contacted them about the difference and they want to charge me 90$ for a return for a product that does NOT look like the picture. I wish I could post the picture of the difference. *******UPDATE****** Customer Service contacted me promptly to address the issue I was facing. They not only provided a full refund for the earrings that did not meet my expectations, but they also surprised me with a stunning necklace as a gesture of goodwill. The necklace, adorned with sparkling stones and a delicate design, was an unexpected yet delightful addition to my jewelry collection. I genuinely appreciate their efforts to resolve the matter and exceed my expectations. They truly made a challenging situation right, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
