I love the rings Felicegals custom designed for me. My girlfriend and I are going to New York where she was born. I decided to propose to her at the top of the Empire State Building while there. She loves green and it is our third marriage for each of us. With the help of Felicegals I was able to custom design an emerald and diamond engagement and wedding ring set. I am very pleased with how they turned out. Haven’t proposed yet. The big day is coming up in April. I highly recommend Felicegals because of their customer service and speed in which I received the rings.

Purchasing from Feliceglas was a fabulous process. They were very communicative and worked with me to find the stone of my dreams. I am so happy and excited by the final product. The packaging was also beautiful.

Amazing customer service and beautiful perfect ring

Beautiful ring, took about 3 weeks. Ring didn't fit when it arrived and customer service responded immediately with options via either resizing at a local jewler and they reimburse you or you can mail it back and have it done by them. I chose to mail it back and have them resize it correctly through them. Looking forward to getting the resized ring back.

I love the over all design and look of the ring. Just wish the stone had been a little bigger. The (7.11) looked big when i checked the diagram on the website, but when receiving the ring, it appeared much smaller. Besides that, the ring is great and my overall buying experience was great as well.

The ring is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was awesome! They had the ring done just when they said they would and I can't wait to give it to the woman I love.
