I needed something unique and different and Felicegals delivered. The ring is perfect and it fit perfect. She was super surprised and said the ring was beyond what she ever dreamed of. Thank you for helping to make my special woman smile so much.

Package is 10 days late still no sign of order. In transit is the only information I can get online or on the phone. I paid an extra $200 for faster delivery...... We leave for the wedding in 4 days, hope to heck it shows up. I expressed the time gap between order and receving product needed to be met and was assured it should be no problem.

Excellent place for the nature inspired rings. Absolute amazing craftsmanship. Was worried ordering expensive jewlery online, but after receiving it, I have zero regrets.

My husband bought me the opal ring for our 10 year anniversary and it is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for unique rings. My only suggestion is to communicate about delivery since it takes weeks. It would've been nice to know when its in process and when its out for delivery or even confirmation they received the order. Other than that great quality product!

The rings itself was beautiful and just like I ordered it and had a stamp to prove its authenticity. Although I missed the delivery because i wasn’t updated on where it was, it was just at “processing” and I needed to sign for it so I was lucky the post office was open on Saturday. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to give it to her.

I ended up needing to change my ring choice a couple days after putting in the order and they were very accommodating, but responses do take at least 24 hours usually. My only concern is how expensive the lifetime warranty option costs. The company says they stand behind their rings, but this is by far the most expensive warranty for a ring I’ve come across. They say they’re confident in the craftsmanship and durability, but the price of the warranty doesn’t reflect that.
