After 3 days of wear, the black gold started fading and coming off. The rhodium plating they use is almost completely off, and I only wear it for special occasions. My husbands ring, broke off after 1 month, only wearing it on special occasions. We are disappointed after spending the money we did here. Even with all of our issues they still wanted to keep 30% of what we paid. Make sure to read all reviews, especially the lower ones on different websites, before purchasing. We regret doing business with them.

great product, smooth customer experience

I ordered one of their beautiful Moss Agate rings and was so pleased with it when it arrived. Wanting to surprise my girlfriend, I safeguarded the ring until my planned proposal. After planning everything down to the minute, selecting a gorgeous location, and making a dinner reservation to celebrate, I made the commute to the Montréal Botanical Gardens with my partner and I popped the question. My now fiancée is in love with the piece of jewelry and feels that the design fits her perfectly. I cannot thank the people at Felicegals enough for their terrific customer service and for their beautiful work.
