Realized my PP was due to expire the day I was scheduled to travel. Got on line with Fastport Passport and was coached thru the process using electronic customer service. Then got handed off to Sam F and she was just amazingly efficient, organized and professional. She managed to get my new PP within 2 days, and she was available on line or on phone all the way thru the process. Its so refreshing to deal with such excellent customer service. Thank you Sam F!

I did not know about the rule that if your passport is to expire within 6 months that you might have trouble with international travel. I finally read the fine print and noticed this 10 days before departing on a cruise! Luckily, my travel agent told me about FASTPORT to receive an expedited passport renewal. Four business days later, I had my new passport! I read all of the instructions thoroughly online and watched their You Tube video to ensure I filled out all forms absolutely correctly. I never had to phone a person but it was nice to know the 800 number was there. I emailed the company to make sure they were working on my new passport after I knew FEDEX had delivered my package and payment to them. I received an email back letting me know the progress and when to expect my new passport to arrive. I learned an important lesson about passport expiration dates. Hopefully, I will never need their services again, but I am so very grateful for their excellent service and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

I could not believe it when I looked at our passports and realized our 10 year passports were about to expire right before we were due to arrive home from our trip to Canada. Time flies!!!! Fortunately I got in touch via email with Sam who immediately put my mind at ease and I was able to relax and get our passports renewed quickly and without difficulty. I would highly recommend Fastport Passport to anyone in this situation!

Fastport works as advertised. Special mention to Sam F in customer service who went above and beyond to answer my questions, shepherd my renewal process with daily email communications, and even took phone calls from me after hours. She was even super patient with me when I screwed up a UPS overnight by not including a critical document, and walked me through every little step so I wouldn't miss my window. They are a class act outfit and deserve every positive review.

We needed two children's passports in 6 days time, they made it quick and stress free! Someone was constantly available when we had questions or concerns, excellent cumstomer service and care!

It was an emergency and I had to leave US within 10 days. Between those 10 days were the New Year LONG WEEKEND. So hardly 5 business days left. I applied my son's expedited service passport through FASTPORT. To add salt to injury the post office passport clerk left the authorization letter outside and not in the HAND CARRY envelope. Guess what despite all these odds I got the passport within time to get a tourist Visa to the destination. All the while FASTPORT agents were on call with me and updating the status and asking questions and helping sort out the above mentioned issues. These GUYZ ARE simply EXCELLENT.
