My daughter realized she lost her passport 1 week before she had to go out of the country. We were panicked. We worked with Madeleine. She emailed us all the paperwork we needed. Followed up with us the next day. Verified with us she got our package and called us when she sent the passport off. We started working with FastPort on a Tuesday afternoon and had our passport delivered back to us that Friday! Great service and follow-thru and Madeleine went above and beyond.

I dealt with Joanne C and when I arrived on Monday I didn't have all documentation needed. She was extremely helpful pointing me in all the write directions. Everything was effortless and I had my passport on hand by Thursday ! I definitely recommend their services

Well - a HUGE thank you!! to Fastport Passport for their customer service and expedited services! We chose 2-day express service, followed directions exactly as were emailed to us from Fastport Passport, and my son received his passport in time! (we had begun our process of filling out the paperwork the week before, sent all paperwork Thurs. via fed ex to Fastport Passport to receive on Fri) and my son received his passport on Wed. after.
