This is the first time I have used this company and their service was far beyond my expectations. In particular because of the service provided to me by Dominique. She was responsive, preemptive, thorough AND all the time, very pleasant and understanding. Thank you Dominique !! I am not a person that goes out of his way to comment on companies. However, this time, I wanted to tell Fastport they have an employee they should take good care of and do all they can to keep. Nicely done.....

Madeleine was an absolute lifesaver. She bent over backwards for me when she didn't necessarily have too. I am BEYOND amazed by this companies customer service. I called her in complete panic on a Monday and my trip was that upcoming Thursday. She held my hand through the entire process and went out of her way to make me feel better. I got my passport back Wednesday morning just in time for my flight. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dominique is the greatest passport expedition specialist in the entire world. She literally changed my life with her attentiveness, diligence, and relentless follow up skills. If I had a time machine, I would go back in time just to have my passport renewal expedited again, because I enjoyed it so much.

Checklist was easy to follow. Used the 5-7 day with expedited Fed Ex, they got it on Tuesday, we got our passports on Monday! I had a great experience with the staff at Fastport Passport. My application was damaged in shipping, no fault of this vendor. Several of their employees stepped in and helped resolve the issue quickly, and still met the original deadline. Great team to work with!
