Fastport was great choice, as my mother in low lost her passport and she has flight! we contact them, we got an email immediately from them with the person name! to contact. Alyssa G. was a fabulous lady! she stayed with us on the phone to fill up the form and what to do! then calling us again to check if we mail it! and kept update us by email! as we were late and we did 5-7businesses day! my mother in low was so nervous! we received the passport within 3 days!! Passports delivered in exactly the amount of time they said! Price was worth the peace of mind to have our passports in plenty of time for our trip.

My wife was scheduled to fly overseas on Tuesday, 9/20/2016. She discovered on Thursday, 9/15/2016 that her passport had expired one month earlier! Panic ensued. We called Fastport Passport late in the morning and talked to Terri. Filled out the forms, took the pictures and sent them out Thursday PM. My wife talked with Terri throughout the whole process including several times on Friday. Terri was immediately accessible and friendly. FedEx delivered the passport on Saturday morning. I thought my passport was in the house. Imagine my surprise when it couldnt be found a week before my flight. I came across an expedited service,Fastport Passport. I requested 3-4 days. I was hoping this wasn`t a scam . I fedex package on Tuesdasy and received Passport Friday morning . They were also helpful in navigating system. A little pricey but well worth it.

I discovered on Wednesday, 9/14/16, that my passport was missing. I needed a Passport in my hands no later than Saturday, 9/16/16, to make a very important trip to Canada. I had already paid for the airfare and hotel. To miss that trip would have had very negative consequences for me. My daughter knew about the Fastport Passport company, so we contacted Ms. Carrie N. with them Wednesday afternoon. Carrie walked us through the detailed process. We could have easily made mistakes if Carrie had not been so thorough. After following her instructions in filling out the proper forms and gathering the proper documents, I went to the Post Office and continued that next step which she layed out for me. Then I went to the UPS Store, as she advised. Once there I called her and she personally talked to the UPS Agent. Carrie emphasized how urgent this was to arrive at her destination by 7:30 a.m. or no later than 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning. My package was then left with the agent at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday. Carrie asked for the Tracking #, called me Thursday after she received it and it was processing through the U.S. official channels. At 10:25 a.m. Friday morning, less than 48 hours after I first called Carrie ( over 1200 miles away ), about what to do, my new passport was delivered to my house and in my possession. If that had not happened to me, I would have thought it was impossible to obtain a new passport in less than 2-6 weeks. Carrie and her company are amazing and I am very grateful they enabled me to honor my commitment.

A last minute work flight AND a lost passport put me on a Tuesday morning call (for a Sunday morning International flight) with SPEEDY PASSPORT & VISA.
