I think my Girls name was Roxy and if not I apologize ( I was a little panicked ) I went on a Tuesday from Long island to Brooklyn with my paper work , I needed my passport by Saturday . I was a nervous wreck since my passport was just GONE . She handled it well , took my paper work and a picture , sent me to another place to get documented and went back to her where she gave me a fed ex number .
