I was expecting to receive my passport on Monday, however, it did not show. When I contacted Fastport Passport, they said it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, it did not and it was after hours when I realized it hadn't arrived. I emailed and phoned Dominique and she was awesome. She responded immediately to my email and reassured me I would have it this morning. Along with this she sent the Fed Ex tracking information. And thankfully, it arrived this morning in time for my trip. I was fearful yesterday until Dominique responded after hours and let me know everything was okay.

I needed a 24-hour turnaround on an expired passport and put my trust in Fastport's hands. Madeleine served as my main contact. She called me immediately following my online order was placed. She explained the processed thoroughly mentioning that every minute counted. We even had to work around a national holiday, NO PROBLEM. She went above and beyond to ensure my passport arrived to me by 8:00am the day of my trip. Well done! I have already told all of my colleagues of the experience. I did my homework on this company. The process was extremely easy! The check lists online were very helpful. I paid for 2 day processing and had forgotten about a holiday being on Monday and they actually refunded $50 into my account. I received my passport in perfect timing along with my information. My only issue was I had emailed 3 or 4 times with no response but Domenique G responded every time and answered all my questions. She was very polite and helpful! They even sent me the tracking # so I could keep up with it. Thanks to the entire team at Fastport Passport!
