Carrie N. was amazing. My son's passport was lost by Fed Ex days before his college trip to Canada. Carrie walked us through the process and was extremely patient with all my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. We received the passport as promised. We can't thank Carrie enough for her kindness and all her patience.

In today's economy its so impressive to work with a company that can deliver on their brand promise. Fastport Passport went above and beyond to get me a passport within two days. I was sceptical about using any online passport expediting company as there are many mixed reviews. Fastport had the best online reputation and an A+ ranking with the BBB. I placed my order online which was fairly simple. A few minutes later i received a call to make sure i understood the passport instructional checklist. So far so good. I sent in my renewal application. I was then yet again called as i did not include my travel plans. I emailed over the plans and then the next phone call i got 48 hours later was my passport renewal was complete and it was being FedEx back to me with the tracking number. Im very happy this is done i will recommend the service to my business team and my friends.

This company is legit!!! I made the mistake of planning a quick trip to Canada thinking I didn't need a passport for my 11-month old son. The service I received from Julie and Domenique was incredibly helpful and reassuring. They answered all of my questions and contacted me right away to make sure I would get everything done correctly and on time. You can tell they are very experienced and truly care about helping you get your passport! It's not a cheap ordeal, but the service was incredible and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation.
