Whenever I've had any issues connecting to a server, I've used the online chat and had the problem resolved quickly whether it's been a problem at my end or with the servers. Most of the time it just works without a problem, but it's great to know there is someone on hand to help when it doesn't.

Mais heuresement depuis cette mis a jour tout est fluide ça marche nickel et pour un prix imbatable je recommande. Le service client est rapide, efficace et a l'ecoute aussi.

Original fastestvpn service standard has many problems slowing down service and disconnections. After discussion with fastestvpn I was offered the PRO version. This solved the speed and connection problems. Would give them 4 stars if the service continues without the problems I originally experienced. Update: After using the PRO VPN for a couple of days have no bad experiences. Fast uploads of websites without problem.

Dear FastestVPN support and others... Been using FastestVPN for a couple of years and it's okay. Not too many features though but it's at par with most average VPNs and greatly improved especially this 2024. I recently had issues with logging-in and changing of passwords with FastestVPN. Support informed me that  the passwords for the (1) Support Center and (2) Subscription account are DIFFERENT. [quote] ...I would like to inform you that the password for the fastestvpn subscription and for the support center are different.. [/quote] And then the message went to to explain it with links. Well NOBODY from support informed me as a user that they were both 'different' even when I got the account credentials years back. Links were included in that email with the credentials but there was no explanations. Instructions only without any link to explanations. It is always difficult for non-English native speakers like me to absord what may be considered simple by some/most. I always thought that both passwords are the same for support and accounts. If I may, because of this experience, I want to suggest an FAQ topic on: "FastestVPN Support Center / FastestVPN Subscription account -- cannot login / invalid credentials / email not registered" Perhaps WITH images and pertinent links. It may sound elementary to most but to non-native English speakers it is difficult (most of the time I use a translator or AI to get by) and perhaps may I  also suggest that support and whoever is in charge with CS/development, TRY to put themselves in the shoes of the confused user. Emphasis on confused user. The science for most FastestVPN users  and support / staff is simple but it MAY NOT be with others. I may be judged as slow to understand but if it were in my native language things would be different. I was also reprimanded by a fellow user and have been considered "doesn't want to understand basic things"...The fact is I want to understand fully. Support or anyone for that matter MUST NOT assume that all emails or instructions are understood quickly. My case shows it. I did not understand  better BUT want to truly understand how it is done. It may be "basic or simple" for others BUT in this case it shows it ain't. We all have our own strengths and talent. Please do not downplay users such as me because you know it is simple and basic. Proper information is the key here. Even that 'proper information' may be later explained properly too. There is NONE in the FAQs about this. So again, if I may, because of this experience, I want to suggest an FAQ topic on: "FastestVPN Support Center / FastestVPN Subscription account -- cannot login / invalid credentials / email not registered" Perhaps WITH images and pertinent links. This will help other users who may experience what I underwent and may also help other non-native English speakers trying to understand instructions.
