FastestVPNReviews of fastestvpn.com

excelent service and awesome support. have been with other VPNs in the past, and love FastestVPN for great service and support especally when there is a problem they get right on it which i find so wonderful in the tech support area :) there seems to be 24/7 chat so there is always help if there is problems :) been with them for years and am so happy with their service and support

Customer service is always excellent. A lot of different servers to choose from and I've never had an issue. Great value for what you get with their service and easy to use across all my devices. I highly recommend this vpn service over others.

Avoid at all costs. Contacted them twice via email for a refund and no reply. Contacted them via their chat and they state they replied but wait I am having issues receiving their emails. Asked to email via a different email guess what no reply. All deliberate delay tactics to get you over the 30 Day money back guarantee. Software looks like its from the 90s slow, buggy and a lot of servers not working. Had to seek refund via paypal as still no reply to emails

Have been using FastestVPN for a few years now, and the experience has been great. I keep VPN tunnels from servers running without hickups, and using a tunnel from my Linux laptop is usually a breeze. Having Wireguard support is great. Support is fast and helpful too, the few times I have contacted them. The only problem I have found is that the Android app sometimes seems to have trouble connecting to a working server, requiring a couple of tries.

fastestVPN is high end VPN with outstanding service connections and excellent customer service. I Have been with fastestVPN service for a few years now. I strongly recommend this VPN.

Ultra-Fast Servers: FastestVPN operates thousands of servers across multiple countries, optimized for speed and performance, ensuring minimal latency. Unlimited Bandwidth: No data caps, meaning uninterrupted browsing and streaming, even for data-heavy activities.

As per their own "31 day satisfaction guarantee" I requested a refund within just 2 hours of testing as it was obvious that their service was lacking. Max download speeds of 25mbps on the best server with most optimal settings when my own connection is 500mbps is pretty bad, not even enough for one 4K video. Of course they tried the typical "have you tried xyz" many times until finally "accepting" the refund. After a week still no refund, so I pushed them again to process it and again "you'll receive it shortly" and then ghosted me. Well 2 weeks later I had to open a paypal case (which they never replied to either) to get my money back. Curious I looked into the company, as their paypal doesn't match their business name. Turns out the owner is directly tied to "360 Digi Marketing LTD", a company that worked pretty hard to bury the fact that they were charged in 2022 for fraud and had over 5500 trademarks invalidated.

great fast customer service and fast internet speed ! and the addons for browsers makes this app perfect.
