We did try to get a refund from the airline but to no avail. Please be informed that as per the airline's policy this ticket is Non-Refundable and as a travel agency we ought to abide by the airline's policy However, due to COVID-19, Airline allows passengers to redeem an e-voucher/credit voucher for the total amount of their booking, valid for one year from the date of issuance without any penalty but fare difference is applicable, if any.
