Fan JacketsReviews of fanjackets.com

I ordered a leather jacket in small size. Loved the jacket however the small was a bit on the snug side. So, I put in an exchange order for a medium. I returned the original small jacket (with tags) and received the exchanged medium in very timely manner. Would definitely order from this site again.

When I received the package it was quite damaged and partially opened which is no fault to Fan Jackets but more so the shipping company. The jacket itself was fine and I absolutely love it. The fit is great and so is the quality. I’d definitely buy from here again

This jacket does have a high quality. The leather is so soft and it doesn't have a weird odor. I love the color it's so vivid. I like the outside pockets concept looks great. The jacket costure terminations are well done. The size fits as normal. The delivery took longer than expected.

I'm highly sure this site is a scam at this point. I placed an order during the black friday/cyber monday sales, but was told there would be a delay, which is entirely understandable and to be expected. I figured it would be a few weeks to a month, which I was fine with. Once that time frame had passed, I followed up with customer service to see if the jacket was still in the works, and was told on December 20 that the jacket would reach me between the 25th and 31st. Those days came and went without any communication, and whenever I would follow up, customer service would give me a different date, only for that date to pass without any communication on whether or not the jacket had been sent out or even completed. As of today (January 25), I'm being told that their shipper held my package in their fulfillment center and ultimately misplaced it. It has been one excuse after another each time I'd follow up, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the last excuse was a complete lie. I'm currently trying to get a refund to no avail, and am convinced the positive reviews here are fake. This company is a straight-up scam.

Perfect jacket. Soft leather, warm and soft fur trim and lining. My daughter liked it so much I ordered one for her.

I ordered the wrong size. Even after checking the sizing charts I wasn't sure since I had recently lost weight. The exchange was painless and way better than expected. I received a response within 24 hours, the return label arrived and the exchange was fast and without any additional cost. I also received a discount code for my next purchase! The Jacket I received is top quality, and I'm very happy with it. Great communication and a great company to do business with.

The Jacket arrived in the expected time, fits great, and has a great look to the Jacket. I am very pleased with the company that provided this service. Thanks

Ordering from this company was easy and very professional. They are reliable and my jacket arrived very well wrapped and the package was in great condition. The jacket fits perfectly and is of high quality. I have already ordered another jacket from this company.
